The Tahiti pepper and salt grinders from the French company Peugeot have become very popular for their subtle, delicate lines, which are accentuated by the ergonomically crafted beech wood. Easy to fill by unscrewing the crown and removing the top. Turn the top of the grinder clockwise when grinding. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel, treated with a patented method for greater resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Adjustable grinding coarseness by tightening/loosening the crown (top metal part of the grinder). The grinders are easily distinguished from each other by the differently coloured logo on the crown - black lion logo for the pepper mill and white logo for the salt mill.

Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. Can also be used to grind dried coriander.

Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse dry salt - both sea and rock salt. Ideally with crystals of 4 mm or less in diameter (the pepper mill cannot be used to grind salt, the salt mill cannot be used to grind pepper).
