More than 30 years have passed since the first Paris grinder saw the light of day, a grinder that became the hallmark and flagship of Peugeot for many years. These 30 cm high pepper and salt mills are traditionally made of beech wood, but this is an edition in an unusual graphite black colour.

The matt, graphite black beechwood grinders will be the icing on the cake on your dining table. After unscrewing the crown and removing the top, they are easy to fill. When grinding, just turn the top of the grinder clockwise. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel, additionally specifically treated for greater resistance to corrosion and wear and therefore for long-lasting sharpness.

You can easily adjust your own grinding coarseness thanks to the patented u'Select technology, by choosing from a total of 6 preset options, from the coarsest to the finest grind.Simply turn the ring at the bottom of the grinder. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel treated with a patented method for greater resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind.We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander. The grinder is not intended for grinding salt.

Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse dry salt - both sea and rock salt. Ideally with crystals of 4 mm or less in diameter. This grinder is not designed to grind pepper.
