Pepper grinder: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind.We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander. The grinder is not intended for grinding salt.

Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse dry rock salt. It is not suitable for wet sea salt. Ideally with crystals of 4 mm diameter or less. This grinder is not designed to grind pepper.
