Maestro is a unique new grinder not only for pepper lovers or connoisseurs. The idea of the Maestro grinder is based on the possibility to taste a variety of peppercorns and at the same time to discover the difference between coarsely and finely ground peppercorns. Another idea behind the concept is to change the hopper at any time. Just shake and turn it to get the rest of the previous pepper from the grinder back into the tray.

The grinder itself has a modern shape combining wood and stainless steel and an ingeniously placed pepper tray that can be easily removed and replaced with another. The pepper trays can be purchased separately. The patented u'Select technology for easy adjustment of the grinding coarseness allows you to choose from 6 preset levels, from the coarsest to the finest grind.

How to use the Maestro pepper mill?
The grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, namely black, white, pink, red or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander. The pepper mill cannot be used to grind salt.
