The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel treated with a patented method for greater resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Thanks to the patented u'Select technology, you can easily adjust the coarseness of the grind - choosing from 6 preset options, from the coarsest to the finest grind.Clean the grinders with a soft, dry cloth and protect from excessive moisture and heat.

We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander. The grinder is not intended for grinding salt.

Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse dry salt - both sea and rock salt. This grinder is not designed to grind pepper.
